| 摘 要： | 文章基于国内外对"宜居城市"内涵及要素的不同界定和认识,结合重庆当前的实际,阐述了建设"宜居重庆"的必要性。通过分析重庆"宜居城市"建设的优势和劣势,思考并提出了"宜居重庆"建设应遵循的原则。在此基础上,笔者还提出了"宜居重庆"建设的六项策略,以期对"宜居重庆"的建设有所裨益。

Consideration about Construction of"Livable Chongqing" |

| Abstract: | In light with the different understand about intention and key elements of Livable Chongqing" coming from domestic and abroad, this paper elaborates the necessity of the construction of "Livable Chongqing" basic on the nowadays reality about Chongqing. It analyzes the advantages and inferior position of "Livable Chongqing" and brings forward construction principles. On the other hand, the penman advances six strategy witch aim at the construction of "Livable Chongqing". All of these are expected to be benefit for the construction of "Livable Chongqing". |
