| 摘 要： | 针对海洋石油勘探与开发投资高、风险大的特点 ,简述了海上作业对海洋石油钻井完井机械及工具的特殊要求。总结了近几年来我国海洋石油钻井完井机械及工具如PDC钻头、钻柱稳定器、钻井泵、井口装置、修井机、井下工具和管材等在国产化方面取得的成绩和目前存在的问题。面对 2 1世纪和我国即将加入WTO的机遇和挑战 ,特别是针对近几年来国外海洋石油钻井完井机械及工具领域出现的高新技术 ,提出了我国石油机械制造企业应以质量为核心 ,加强行业化管理 ,实施名牌战略和向高新技术进军等方面进一步加强国产化工作的建议

| Abstract: | The characteristics of offshore exploration and development are commented, and the specific requirements of offshore operation on drilling and completion equipment and tools are described. The achievements in producing domestically the offshore drilling and completion equipment and tools are summarized and relevant problems are discussed. In recent years, high-tech has been applied on some of the offshore drilling and completion equipment and tools abroad, therefore more work should be done in producing new off shore equipment with high-tech. The manufacturers should pay more attention to the application of high and new technology and strengthen the quality management of products. |
