| 摘 要： | 组合机床及其自动线是集机电于一体的综合自动化程度较高的制造技术和成套工艺装备。研究了镗孔车端面自动机床,针对某公司生产的AC-HC系列泵体,全面分析了该系列泵体的结构特征、尺寸精度和技术要求,研制出了通用高效的镗孔车端面自动机床,设计了结构合理的平旋盘。降低了生产成本,组合机床在加工过程中只需一次装夹,减少了装夹所需要的时间,减轻工人劳动强度,提高了生产效率。

| Abstract: | Modular machine tool and its automatic line is the manufacturing techonology and complete sets process equipment which assembles machnism and electronics.
