多源降水信息在海河流域洪水预报中的应用

摘    要:将气象数值预报降水格点信息、雷达反演降水信息插值到实测雨量站点中,分别通过覆盖、插补方式将插值的雨量信息统一整合到标准的实时水雨情库中,从而实现与该站点实测信息的融合,从降雨数据层面实现了测站的历史、实时、未来降水信息的统一。在此基础上,利用现有水文预报系统进行多源降水信息支持下的洪水预报,在确保一定精度的前提下,延长了洪水预报的预见期。将该方法应用于2012年海河流域洪水预报和防洪调度中,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:The numerical weather forecasting, rainfall radar information and the measured rainfall information are interpolated to the measured rain station. The interpolation rainfall data is integrated into the real-time rain & rainfall database through overwriting or interpolating. The different period precipitation information of the same rainfall station is integrated at data level. The current hydrologic forecast system can be used to realize multi-information flood forecast, which prolongs the flood forecast period on the premise of ensuring precision. The method is applied to flood forecasting and flood control of Haihe River Basin in 2012, which obtains a favorable effect.
