摘    要:回转窑是冶金、水泥材料生产中的关键设备,为了对它进行合理地调整与维护,需要准确、及时地掌握和分析它的轴线状态.用一种基于三点法的大型回转窑轴线在线测量新方法,不仅能够测得回转窑筒体回转中心的动态变化情况,同时还可以测取轮带和托轮的直径以及它们的变形情况.应用该方法,设计研制了一种新型大型回转窑运行轴线动态测量系统,由ATmega128单片机的下位机数据采集系统和PC机的上位机数据分析处理系统共同构成,通过USB口实现上下位机的通信.该系统具有结构简单、安装使用方便、测量精度高等特点.

Abstract:Rotary kiln is the key equipment in the production of metal and cement. In order to reasonably adjust and maintain operating axes, it is necessary to know and analyze their situation in production process precisely and in time. A new method for measuring the operating axes of rotary kiln based on three points measurement method is proposed in this paper. This method can measure not only dynamic changes of the center location of rotary kiln, but also the diameters of the roller stations and tyres and their changes. With this method, a new practical system is developed for dynamic measurement of operating axes of rotary kiln. It is constituted by lower data acquisition system based on microcontroller ATmega128 and data analysis system of a PC-based management host. It can communicate with a management host by USB. The system has many advantages such as simple structure, convenient installation and application and high measuring precision.
