基于正交设计的杯状纵磁真空灭弧室磁场特性分析

摘    要:采用正交设计方法对杯状纵磁触头的杯厚、杯指数等7个触头设计参数进行实验设计,用三维有限元方法对实验方案进行磁场特性分析,其中磁场特性包括纵向磁感应强度、纵向磁场滞后时间以及导体电阻值。通过对实验结果进行方差分析,得出了触头设计参数对磁场特性影响程度的定量关系,由此找出影响杯状纵磁触头磁场特性的显著因素与非显著因素。对显著因素和实验结果进行回归分析,得出杯状纵磁触头磁场特性与显著因素关系的回归方程。采用正交设计方法,大大减少计算次数,提高计算质量。得到的结果可以为真空灭弧室的研究和设计提供参考。

Abstract:Seven contact parameters of cup-type axial magnetic field(AMF),such as coil thickness,quantities of slots,etc.,are arranged orthogonally to study magnetic characteristics,which include axial magnetic flux density,phase shift time and conductor resistance of contacts.Experiments based on orthogonal design are analyzed by three dimensions finite element method.Significant parameters and insignificant parameters that influence the magnetic field characteristics of cup-type AMF contacts are found out through variance analysis of experiment results.The regression equations of the relationship between cup-type AMF contacts and significant parameters are given.Applying the method of orthogonal design can reduce the quantities of computation greatly,and the quality of the computation can be improved.The results can provide information for study and design of vacuum interrupter.
