穿甲弹垂直侵彻陶瓷复合靶弹道极限速度的研究

摘    要:为研究7.62 mm穿甲弹垂直侵彻陶瓷金属复合靶板的弹道极限速度,基于能量守恒提出一种改进的理论分析模型,进行了7.62 mm穿甲子弹侵彻陶瓷/装甲钢复合靶板的试验研究,并通过理论分析的方法对试验结果进行验证计算。研究结果发现:陶瓷/装甲钢复合靶板利用该理论分析模型计算出的弹道极限速度与弹道试验结果吻合的较好;综合理论分析和数值模拟分析结果,得出弹道极限速度与陶瓷锥质量正相关。基于理论模型的可靠性,可预测不同复合靶板厚度下弹芯剩余高度,得出陶瓷厚度是决定弹芯剩余高度主要因素。

Abstract:In order to study the ballistic limit velocity of 7.62 mm armor-piercing projectile vertically penetrating ceramic metal composite target plate,an improved theoretical analysis model was proposed based on energy conservation.The experimental study of 7.62 mm armor-piercing projectile penetra-ting TC/RHA(ceramic/armored steel)composite target plate was carried out,and the experimental results were verified and calculated by theoretical analysis.The results show that the ballistic limit velocity of the TC/RHA composite target plate calculated by the theoretical analysis model of the ceramic/armoured steel composite target plate is in good agreement with the ballistic test results.Based on the results of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,it is concluded that the ballistic limit velocity is positively correlated with the mass of ceramic cone.Based on the reliability of the theoretical mo-del,the residual height of the core can be predicted under different composite target plate thicknesses,and it is concluded that the ceramic thickness is the main factor determining the residual height of the core.
