马钢2#高炉一次炉墙结厚过程的快速处理

摘    要:马钢2#炉2019年1月在炉况处理过程中出现了一次炉墙结厚过程,分析原因主要为炉况调整过程中采用了相对抑制边缘的思路,一次管道气流和其后续影响,以及冷却制度设计不合理,通过分析采取了开放边缘、控制冶强保证顺行、做足炉温等措施,及时缓解并有效除了炉墙结厚。

Abstract:In The process of furnace condition treatment,the thickening process of primary furnace wall appeared in Masteel No.2 furnace in January 2019.The reasons were analyzed mainly because the idea of relatively restraining edge was adopted in the process of furnace condition adjustment,the flow of primary pipeline and its subsequent influence,as well as the unreasonable design of cooling system.
