摘    要:随着应用领域的扩展,转台的形式变得多样化,针对传统的转台精度标定方法存在局限性的问题,提出一种基于三维坐标的转台定位精度标定方法,通过坐标测量设备测量定位点坐标值;利用最小二乘法得到空间圆方程;利用不确定度权值融合算法优化目标函数;通过坐标系变换消除轴向误差得到转台运动的角度值。分析了影响标定精度的因素,提出了优化方法。将该方法应用于一维和三维转台标定实验中,证明了该方法的可用性与便携性。

Abstract:With the expansion of application fields, the forms of turntables have become diversified, and the traditional precision calibration methods of turntables have limitations. A calibration method for positioning accuracy of turntables based on coordinates is proposed. It measures the coordinate values of the positioning point with a coordinate measuring device, uses the least square method to obtain the space circle equation, uses the uncertainty weight fusion algorithm to optimize the objective function, and eliminates the axial error by coordinate system transformation to obtain the angle value of the turntable movement. The factors affecting the calibration accuracy are analyzed, and an optimization method is proposed. The method is applied to the calibration experiments of one-dimensional and three-dimensional turntables, and the results prove the usability and portability of the method.
