热处理对钢基/Mo2FeB2金属陶瓷的性能影响

摘    要:Mo2FeB2基金属陶瓷具有优异的力学性能,以钼粉、还原铁粉、硼铁粉以及碳化钨粉等为基础原料,采用氩弧焊进行堆焊制备堆焊涂层。在实验室分别进行淬火、正火以及回火热处理,采用显微硬度计、金相显微镜、XRD衍射仪对硬度及组织进行分析。结果表明:采用不同热处理对金属陶瓷的组织和力学性能是有一定影响的,回火热处理后的组织和力学性能均要优于正火、淬火热处理。

Abstract:Mo2FeB2-based cermets have excellent mechanical properties,using molybdenum powder,reduced iron powder,boron iron powder and tungsten carbide powder as the basic raw materials,using argon arc welding for surfacing welding to prepare surfacing coating.The quenching,normalizing and tempering heat treatments were carried out in the laboratory,and the hardness and structure were analyzed using a micro hardness tester,metallographic microscope,and XRD diffractometer.The results show that different heat treatments have a certain influence on the structure and mechanical properties of the cermet.The structure and mechanical properties after tempering heat treatment are better than normalizing and quenching.
