| 摘 要： | 温成形模具的润滑对于提高产品质量,降低变形力,提高模具使用寿命具有十分重要的意义。在研究了多种液体润滑剂的成膜性、减摩防粘性、防腐耐蚀性和可清洁性的基础上,配制了一种新型无烟水基石墨润滑剂,通过试验研究了该润滑剂的高温润滑性能。结果表明,润滑性能良好,使用方便无污染,是一种新型的水基润滑剂。

| Abstract: | The lubrication of thermo-forming mould is very important in improving its product quality, decreasing deformation load and lasting operation life. A new smokeless water-based graphite lubricant was developed based on an investigation on various liquid lubricants of their properties in film-forming, anti friction and sticking, corrosion protection and resistance, and easy-cleaning. The high temperature lubricating property of the reagent was studied by experiment, which showed its good lubrication and less pollution. |
