液压挖掘机节能用智能PID专家控制系统

摘    要:从节能角度出发,在充分分析国内、外液压挖掘机节能控制方法及理论的基础上,综合考虑了转速控制和压力控制的优点,为液压挖掘机节能首次提出了基于这两种控制理论的新的控制方法──分工况智能PID专家控制系统,并基于此方法进行了计算机仿真和试验检验。

Abstract:Based on the discussion of the energy-saving control system method and theory of home-made ex- cavator and the overseas in detail, a new control system * the intelligent PID expert control system under di- vided status has been successfully developed from the point of view of saving energy, based on the advan- tages of the speed control system and the pressure control system. Computer simulation and experimental test are both carried out according to this theory.
