摘    要:为了抑制电网区间的低频振荡,设计了广域阻尼控制.采用广域信号设计的控制器能有效的提高电网的动态性能.由于信号的传输时滞会很严重的影响系统的稳定性,并且日趋复杂的系统结构及接近稳定极限的运行条件对控制器的鲁棒性能提出更高的要求.提然后应用时滞系统稳定性理论和线性矩阵不等式(Linear Matrix Inequality,LMI)的处理方法将附加励磁控制器参数的设计转化为求取适当的参数使得含有时滞信号的闭环系统具有最大时滞稳定性的问题;最后应用LMI理论进行控制器设计和用留数法来选择控制器的安装位置及反馈信号.4机电力系统的动态仿真验证了所设计控制器的有效性.
