聚氨酯(PU)/凹凸棒土(AT)原位复合材料制备及表征

摘    要:凹凸棒土(AT)经过提纯,采用原位聚合方法制备聚氨酯(PU)/凹凸棒土(AT)复合材料.通过SEM、FT-IR、DMA等测试方法对PU/AT复合材料的结构进行了表征.结果表明:复合材料的热稳定性和玻璃化温度较PU都有明显提高,拉伸强度也有较大提高.并分析了AT对复合材料结构的影响和作用机理.

Abstract:Polyurethane(PU)/Attapulgite(AT) composites were prepared by in-situ polymerization. SEM showed that AT particles were irregularly dispersed in the PU matrix in nanometer scales. DMA suggested that the storage modu-lus of PU/AT composites was increased and the glass transition temperature of soft segments shifted to higher temperature than that of the pristine PU. The mechanical properties of the composites, examined by tensile tests, showed higher tensile strength and elongation at break than that of the pristine PU.
