| Abstract: | The ideological education is one of the important aspects for the cultivation of talent in colleges and universities.Based on this belief,the paper tries to demonstrate that the ideological work can be effective only through the ways in which the ideological work should combine the current practice with their every day jobs and activities on campus,meanwhile,the adopted methods are supposed to be easily understood by college students. |
