| 摘 要： | 通过调整喷涂工艺参数如油漆黏度、喷涂距离、湿碰湿喷涂闪干时间及流平时间等来减少由工艺参数不当引起的橘皮、涂膜失光发乌 另外,调整油漆流平及鲜映性等外观性来减少由油漆本身的外观性能不良产生的橘皮、涂膜失光发乌等问题,最终使车身涂膜外观得到改善。

| Abstract: | the orange peel,dulling,and crocking of paint film due to improper process parameters could to be reduced by adjusting the spraying process parameters,such as paint viscosity,the distance between spray gun and objective,the flash dry time of wet on wet spray,levelling time,etc.Furthermore,the paint levelling property and distinctness of image were adjusted to reduce the problems of the orange peel,dulling,and crocking of paint film due to the poor performance of exterior coating itself.Finally the body appearance could be improved.
