摘    要:采用超声波提取方法从淡水鱼鲤鱼的鱼肉中提取鱼油,经皂化后采用四甲基氢氧化胺法对其脂肪改进行酯化,并通过GC/MS联用机对鲤鱼油中的脂肪酸进行了分离和鉴定,共鉴定出20种化合物。

Abstract:The supersonic method was used for the extraction of fish oil. After the saponification, the esterfication was carried out by tetramethyl-ammonium hydroxide method. A qualitative and quantitative analysis of fatty acid in fish oil was determined by means of GC/MS.20 fatty acids were identified in the fish oil of Cyprinus Carpio.
