| 摘 要： | 对农村公路的现状和养护管理体制的不完善进行了分析,提出了适应市场运行规律的管理机制,明确了农村公路的养护办法,以尽可能少的养护资源和资金,提高农村公路养护水平,满足农村经济发展对公路通行能力及服务质量的需求,实现社会效益的最大化。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes faultiness in current situation of rural roads and maintenance management system,points out the management mechanism adhering to market law,and identifies maintenance methods of rural roads, so as to improve maintenance level of rural roads,meet the needs of rural economy development on road traffic capacity,and realize maximum of social effect with less maintenance resource and money. |
