摘    要:中海SZ36-1原油对减压塔中的316 L不锈钢填料和边缘板造成了一定程度的腐蚀.通过对316 L不锈钢填料和边缘板腐蚀形貌和腐蚀产物进行分析,发现腐蚀属于低硫高酸值条件下的环烷酸腐蚀,是材料在高温条件下同时受到环烷酸和少量硫化物腐蚀的综合结果.同时,不锈钢填料和边缘板上的腐蚀沉积物会引发局部垢下腐蚀.在腐蚀失效分析的基础上提出了有针对性的防腐蚀措施.

Abstract:The 316 L Stainless steel pakings and ring plates in vacuum tower were severely corroded by Zhonghai SZ36-1 crude oil.The analysis of the corrosion forms and corrosion products found that the corrosion was the naphthenic acid corrosion at low sulfur and high TAN conditions which was the result of combination effect of napththenic acid and sulfides at high temperatures.In addition,the corrosion deposits on the packings and ring plate would lead to under-deposit corrosion.Proper corrosion prevention measures are proposed based upon correct analysis.
