摘    要:根据不同有色合金充型流动及结晶凝固的特点,研制开发了适应于不同特种铸造方式的计算机辅助工程(CAE) 系统,并进行了集成和商品化。众多工厂的实际应用表明,利用CAE技术可以有效地优化铸造工艺,降低废品率,具有重要 的实用价值。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of fluid flow and solidification of different nonferrous alloys, an integrated commercial computer aided engineering (CAE) system has been developed, which can be suited for different foundry methods. The practice applications prove that the CAE system could optimize foundry process, reduce reject rate and shorten the developing period for new foundry products.
