摘    要:研究了热处理对冲头式挤压铸造ZA43-Mn合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:挤压铸造ZA43-Mn合金的时效处理使α和β相分解,枝晶偏析减轻,富锰相碎化与钝化,可提高其塑性(δ5=18%)。固溶处理使富锰相和富铜相分解,基体内二次相弥散析出,晶间组织形态和分布改善,可获得较高强度的铸件(δb=510MPa)。

Abstract:Influence of heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ZA43-Mn alloy in punch squeeze casting has been studied. The results showed that plasticity of squeez casting ZA43-Mn alloy can be imp roved by aging treatment (σ5 =18%,σb =430 MPa), as a result of α and β phases in alloy decomposition, dendritic segre gation alleviation, Mn-rich phase passivation and disintegration. The casting w ith high strength (σ5 =10%,σb =510 MPa)can be a chieved by solution treatment making Mn-rich and Cu-rich phases to be decomposed, secondary dispersed phase in matrix to be precipitated and the morphology and distribution of inter-dendritic structure to be improved.
