压铸填充过程的理论探讨

对在同一个压铸件上造成质量差异的原因进行了探讨分析。指出:这是由于存在填充过程的两个区域,即主干 型腔和非主干型腔,这二个区域填充质量是不一样的,只有顺应这个规律,搞好压铸型设计,特别是浇注系统的设计,才是 提高压铸产品质量的根本途径。

Discussion on the Theory of Filling Mold proccess for Die Casting

This dissertation is to provide some discussion and analysis about the reason of quality difference on the same die casting. It indicated: It is two areas in existence on the process of filling mold on the same die casting. namely, primary trunk die cavity and non-primary trunk die cavity. It is different from the two areas in filling quality. We can do the die casting design well, especially, in design of drawing running system, none but conforming with the law. It is the radical way to improve the die casting quality.
