摘    要:着眼于工业生产,研究了在电磁搅拌连续铸造制备A357铝合金半固态坯料过程中,电磁搅拌强度、连续铸造速 度、结晶器冷却水通水量、熔体浇注温度等主要工艺参数对工艺过程稳定性及坯料组织性能的影响,在综合考虑坯料质量、 经济性与生产效率的基础上,确定了可用于指导工业生产的合理工艺参数组合。

Abstract:Semi-solid billets with different diameters of A357 alloy were produced on a pilot machine by electromagnetic stirring continuous casting. The effects of such processing parameters during the production as the intensity of electromagnetic stirring, casting speed, the flow volume of cooling water and the pouring temperature of melt on the quality of SSM billets and process stability of continuous casting were studied, and a set of proper parameters were established , which can be used to guide the industrial production of SSM billets.
