碱性堆浸溶液中铀钼分离及回收的研究

摘    要:本文介绍了一种在碱性介质中分离回收铀钼的新方法。根据溶度积沉淀原理,在低品位铀钼矿的碱法堆浸液中加入PbSO4,沉淀出PbMoO4,然后在pH≈10的条件下用717阴离子交换树脂从沉淀钼后的溶液中吸附回收铀。吸附尾液的碱度基本不变,可返回配制浸出剂,既充分利用余碱又实现工业废水的闭路循环。

Abstract:A new method of separation and recovery of uranium and molybdenum from a kind of alkalimedium is introduced in this paper. According to the precipitation principle on solubility product,PbSO. was added to the alkali heap leaching liquor of low-grade u ran in m - molybdenum ore andthe PbMoO, was precipitated. Then under the condition of PH 10 the uranium was adsorbed andrecovered from the moly bdenum -precipitated solution by the 717 anion ic resin. The effluent afteradsorption with an alkalinity unchangeable can be returned to prepare leaching agent,which canallow both to fully utilize the residual alkali and achieve closed-circuit cycling of the industrial effluent.
