| 摘 要： | 本文从纺织印染企业的实际出发，突破了构建信息化企业ERP（Enterprise Resource Planning)系统单独采用C／S（Client/Server)或B／S（Browser/Server)结构带来的局限，采用一种结合C／S和B／S特点的混合结构策略构建ERP系统，文章在叙述C／S与B／S结构特点的基础上重点介绍了这种混合结构的详细实现技术，虽然是针对纺织印染企业实现的，但该系统结构仍具有一定的通用性。

| Abstract: | The paper presents the design of an Enterprise Resource Planning System based on a coalescent structure of Client/Server (C/S) and Browser/Server (B/S). It also gives a detailed introduction to the technology for implementation as well as the characteristics of C/S and B/S. Such a solution proves feasible in other application areas, too. |
