| 摘 要： | 调研与分析各种高功率CO_2激光切割聚焦系统产品，设计研制了二维切割精密聚焦系统。应用结果表明：该系统稳定性高，从而提高了生产效率和产品质量。

| Abstract: | In this paper, Various focus systems of high power CO2 laser are investigated. A 2-D precision cutting focus system is designed and manufactured. The preliminary application has shown that this system has high stability, thus increasing productivity and the quality of products. |
