大型地下洞室群施工交通运输仿真分析

摘    要:大型地下厂房洞室群施工交通运输是一项庞大而复杂的系统工程.介绍了基于生产线平衡原理而研发的大型地下洞室群施工交通运输仿真系统(UPCTS),可通过开挖和衬砌施工全过程仿真,对地下洞室群施工交通运输方案的可行性和优化进行量化评判,具有较强的实践性和拓展性.该系统应用于锦屏二级水电站引水隧洞工程,论证了其施工交通运输方案可行,并对运输方式与车辆型号提出了优化建议.

Abstract:Construction traffic and transport of large scale underground adits is a large and complex system engineering problem. This paper conducted the large scale underground adits traffic and transport simulation system (UPCTS), which is based on the product line balance theory. It is a practical and developable system, which can judge of the feasibility and optimization for construction traffic transport of large scale underground adits quantificationally through simulating excavation and lining in whole process. It was used in diversion tunnel project of JinPing second cascade hydropower station and it has demonstrated the feasibility of construction transport scheme and given out optimization advice for transportation manner and vehicle type.
