Y_2O_3掺杂超细(Ba,Sr)TiO_3基电容器陶瓷的研究

摘    要:通过sol-gel法制得高纯、超细的Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3粉体。以液相法掺杂MgO、ZnO、Bi2O3,和Y2O3等物质,得到平均粒径为50nm左右的混合粉体,制备出超细晶BST电容器陶瓷。分析了掺杂Y2O3对BST电容器陶瓷介电性能和显微结构的影响。结果表明:适量的Y2O3掺杂能够明显改善陶瓷介电性能,当w(Y2O3)为0.75%,烧结温度为1200℃时,得到了εr为2538,tanδ为0.006,耐压强度为5.83×103V/mm的BST电容器陶瓷。

Abstract:The highly pure and ultra-fine (Ba, Sr)TiO3 powder was prepared with sol-gel method, and its average size was about 50 nm. Using such powder with addition of the dopants MgO、ZnO、Bi2O3 and Y2O3, ultra-fine grain BST capacitor ceramics were prepared, and the effect of doping Y2O3 on dielectric properties and microstructure of BST ceramics were investigated. The results indicate: proper Y2O3 can obviously improve the dielectric properties of BST ceramics; when the w(Y2O3) is 0.75% and the sintering temperature is 1 200 ℃, εr of the BST capacitor ceramics is 2 538, tanδ is 0.006 and high DC breakdown voltage is 5.83×103 V/mm.
