摘    要:通过静态坩埚侵蚀实验,研究了铝镁浇注料的基质组成对浇注料的渣侵蚀和渗透深度的影响,并对其显微结构进行了分析.研究结果表明,增加镁砂加入量或采用具有较大颗粒的镁砂,可以提高铝镁浇注料的抗渣侵蚀性能;但增大镁砂的临界粒度或镁砂配比过高,浇注料基质部分产生疏松,渣在浇注料中的渗透深度增加.添加硅微粉在一定程度上恶化了浇注料的抗渣侵性能,但可以大幅度改善浇注料抗渣渗透性.水泥加入量对浇注料抗渣性的影响,呈现出与硅微粉相反的趋势.

Effect of matrix composition on slag resistance of alumina-magnesia castable
Abstract:The effect of matrix composition of alumina-magnesia castable on the depth of erosion and penetration of slag was studied, and its microstructure was analyzed in the present paper. The results showed that the erosion resistance can be raised with increasing the amount or the grain size of magnesite clinker, while the penetration resistance will be decreased because of the loose structure induced by larger grain size or more addition of magnesite clinker. The addition of microsilicon is harmful to the erosion resistance to some degree, but can improve the penetration resistance greatly. The trend of slag resistance variation of castable with increasing amount of cement is the opposite to that with microsilicon addition.
