微阶段化磨矿研究与实践

摘    要:提出了磨矿领域一个新的研究方向——“微阶段化磨矿”.该项研究某大型有色金属集团公司的转炉渣磨矿系统和某大型铁矿选厂的应用结果说明:在磨机运转电流和磨矿产品细度保持不变的情况下.磨矿效率得到显著提高,具有明显的节能降耗效果。

Abstract:A new research orientation microstaged grinding process was proposed in the grinding field.The research had been successfully applied in both the converier slag production system of a Nonferrous Metal Group Co. and a Iron Concentrator.The results showed that a remarkable improvement of the efficiency of grinding and a good effect of energy saving and consumption reduction could be reached under the condition of electric current of running mill and the fineness of the grinding classification product remaining unchanged.
