苯乙烯/α-蒎烯嵌段共聚物的性能研究

摘    要:研究了苯乙烯 /α -蒎烯嵌段共聚物的溶液粘度、热性能和相增容性能等。结果表明 :相对于苯乙烯的均聚物而言 ,该嵌段共聚物的溶液粘度有所增大 ;DSC、TG分析表明 ,α -蒎烯链节的引入增大了聚苯乙烯分子链间的距离 ,使该嵌段共聚物的玻璃化转变温度和热失重 1%时的温度相对于苯乙烯的均聚物有所下降 ;利用扫描电镜研究了该嵌段共聚物对聚苯乙烯和低密度聚乙烯共混体系的相增容性能 ,结果表明 ,该嵌段共聚物对聚苯乙烯和低密度聚乙烯共混体系有一定的增容作用和增韧作用

Abstract:The properties of styrene/α-pinene block copolymer were investigated in terms of viscosity of dilute solution,DSC,TG,and compatibility with polystyrene and LDPE.It was found that,compared to that of the cor-responding homo-polystyrene,the solution viscosity of the block copolymer increased,moreover,the solution vis-cosity difference between block copolymer and corresponding homo-polystyrene increased with increasing content of α-pinene units in the block copolymer.Thermal analysis showed that,both the glass transition point(Tg)and the temperature of 1% weight loss for the block copolymer were lower than those of the corresponding homo-polystyrene.Analysis of the scanning electron microscope fractographs showed that the block copolymer could play a role of improving compatibility with and toughening for the blend of polystyrene and LDPE.
