摘    要:介绍了一种基于IGBT串联技术的频率可调的高压陡前沿脉冲发生装置。并针对串级型结构的固体开关式脉冲发生器存在的可靠性受同步驱动、均压等技术条件影响严重的问题,提出了利用光纤连接器提高驱动信号同步性等解决方案。利用OrcAD\Pspice软件对电路的仿真和与实际测试波形的对比结果证明,该装置工作可靠,输出脉冲电压峰峰值为±5kV,频率为1kHz~10kHz可调,脉冲前沿到达200纳秒以内。

Abstract:This paper describe a frequency-adjustable high voltage steep rise time pulse generator based on the technology of IGBTs series.For the reliability of solid-state and series switch which is deeply affected by synchronous driver and voltage balance,switch driver synchronous circuits are presented,optical fibers are applied to transfer drive signal for IGBTs on floating voltage.Finally,with the simulation software OrCADPSpice,a simplified modulator model is established.Simulative waves confirms with modulato...
