摘    要:针对SC6350C汽车变速器在空挡怠速工况下车内存在的异常高噪声,利用频谱分析技术对变速器分别进行了整车和台架振动噪声的测量分析,找到了造成异常高噪声的主要根源,并分析了异常噪声的发生机理。结果表明,输入轴和中间轴常啮合齿轮副、二挡齿轮副、五挡齿轮副为该变速器噪声的主要来源。在此基础上,结合该变速器的实际结构,提出了经济可行的改进措施。改进后,该变速器的振动噪声明显降低,车内异常高噪声得以消除,车内噪声品质显著提高。

Abstract:A spectral analysis was used in entire vehicle and bench test for the transmission, which was in relation to the high abnormal noise while the transmission of SC6350C vehicle was in the idling and center valve position. The main sources of the abnormal noise were found, and the genetic mechanism was analyzed. The results present that the main sources are in the gearing of input shaft and intermediate shaft, the second gearing and the fifth gearing. The improved and economical measures were adopted which was based on analysis and practical structure of the transmission. After improvements, the noise of vibration is decreased distinctly, the abnormal noise of inner vehicle is eliminated, and the noise quality of inner vehicle is improved.
