摘    要:柠檬酸是一种重要的有机酸,主要通过发酵法生产。综述了几种主要的从发酵液中提取柠檬酸的方法——钙盐法、离子交换吸附法、溶剂萃取法和膜分离法的原理、优缺点及研究进展。

Abstract:Citric acid is an important organic acid and mainly produced by fermentation method.This article is a review on the primary separation methods of citric acid from fermentation broth,which mainly introduces the principle,relative merits and research of precipitation with lime method,solvent extraction method,ionic exchange and film separation.
