双酚A双磷酰三聚氰胺盐的合成及表征

摘    要:实验以双酚A和三氯氧磷、三聚氰胺为原料,合成双酚A双磷酰三聚氰胺盐氮-磷复合型阻燃剂。考察了反应温度、反应时间、反应物原料配比对产物收率的影响。实验结果表明,第一步反应的较佳条件是:反应温度80℃、反应时间8 h、n(三氯氧磷)∶n(双酚A)=2∶1;第二步反应的较佳条件是:反应温度90℃、反应时间5 h、n(三氯氧磷)∶n(双酚A)=2∶1。产物双酚A双磷酰三聚氰胺盐的平均收率为62.99%,并通过红外光谱和热重分析,表征了产物的结构与性质。

Abstract:The title product was prepared using bisphend A,phosphorus oxychloride and melamine as main raw materials.Effects of reaction temperature,reaction time and mole ratio of raw materials on the yield of the product were investigated.The results showed that at 80 ℃,for 8 h,and the molar ratio of phosphorus oxychloride/ditrimethylolpropane of 2 for the first reaction,and at 90 ℃,for 5 h,and the molar ratio of melamine/ditrimethylolpropyl diphosphonyl chloride of 2 for the second reaction,the average yield of the end product was 62.99%.The structure and property of the product were characterized by IR spectrum and gravitational thermal analysis,respectively.
