摘    要:为了解决常规注汽开发超深稠油注汽难的问题 ,提出了应用超临界压力蒸汽发生器方案 ,并与利用前置式热水锅炉提压注汽方案以及常规注汽方案进行了比较。分析了超临界压力介质热力学状态 ,并对超临界压力水输送管道进行了设计和热力分析。结果表明 ,利用超临界压力水注入油层开采超深稠油是可行的 ;采用 15CrMoG合金钢管可确保超临界压力水输送管道长期安全运行 ;采用较大流量输送 ,管内流速增大 ,沿程摩阻系数增大 ,出口压力降低 ,但出口温度升高 ,出口比焓也升高 ,可以减少热量损失。

Abstract:To overcome the difficulty in steam injection in ultradeep heavy oil recovery, a scheme of applying supercritical pressure steam generator for steam injection is put forward. And this scheme is compared with other steam injection. The thermodynamic state of supercritical pressue medium is analyzed, and the transmission pipeline for supercritical pressure water is designed and a thermomechanical analysis is made. The analysis result shows that exploiting ultradeep heavy oil by injecting supercritical pressure water is feasible. It is suggested that 15CrMoG alloy steel transimission pipe be used to ensure long-term and safe operation of the pipeline and transmission with large flow be adopted to reduce heat loss.
