基于分布式建模的数据交互模式的运行维护经验

摘    要:提出了中国南方电网有限责任公司电力调度通信中心(以下简称南网总调)在线分布式建模的数据交互模式设计思想:利用南网总调和各电网公司电力调度通信中心(以下简称省调)能量管理系统(energy managesystem,EMS)所具备的电网模型及图形,自动生成南方电网全部220kV及以上的电网模型,为各应用系统提供完整的在线模型。为此,介绍了基于分布式建模数据交互模式的实现机制、建模过程出现的问题及其相对应的解决措施,并以贵州省调与总调为例说明新旧EMS切换的完成过程。

Abstract:The design idea of data exchange mode based on online distributed modeling is proposed by Power Dispatching & Communication Center of China Southern Power Grid Co. , Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the control center of CSG). Models and graphs built in existing provincial energy management systems (EMSs) are transferred automatically to the control center of CSG, and then combined automatically into a consistent model for the whole 220 kV and above grid under CSG, thereby providing complete online model to application systems. The realizing mechanism of data exchange mode based on distributed modeling is described along with the problems arising in modeling and solutions thereof. The process of switching between new and old EMSs is illustrated with Guizhou provincial dispatch center and the control center of CSG.
