无污染从砂金中提纯金、银新工艺方法的研究

提出了一种无污染从砂金中提纯金、银新工艺。该工艺将砂金破碎到一定粒度，采用无污染封闭溶样法进行浸出，浸取的金溶液以SE还原剂将金还原为海绵金，浸出时析出的氯化银还原为海绵银。该工艺与目前采用的王水法浸出工艺相比，具有操作简单快速、节约试剂、节约用电、投资少、成本低、不污染环境等优点，适用于砂金中金、银的提纯，具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。

Study on new technic of purifying gold, silver from placer gold without pollution

A new technic of purifying gold,silver from placer gold without pollution was proposed.The placer gold were pulverized into a certain size and leached them in a sealed vessel without pollution.The gold in the leaching out solution were reduced to spongy gold by adding reducing agent SE.The silver chloride in leach residue were again leached by ammonia,gaining pregnant solution of silver.Adding SE in the pregnant solution,the silver in it reduced to spongy silver.Comparing with the method of aqua regia leaching employed at present time,this technic is characterized by simple operation,speediness,energy and reagent saving,low cost and no pollution.It is suitable to be used in purification of gold and silver from placer gold which provides marked economic and social benefits.
