摘    要:等离子体化工技术具有节水节能,安全经济,无污染、效率高的特点,符合绿色化、清洁化的化工技术理念。把这一高新技术应用到制革化工领域,将会给传统制革工业带来新的技术和方法,具有广阔的应用前景。本文通过对等离子体技术及化学的功能、特点及作用机理进行分析,结合制革化学与化工的基本原理,主要探讨了高新等离子技术在制革的胶原纤维改性、皮革化学品合成、制革脱毛化工过程、制革化工污水处理等方面的应用前景,以探寻我国这一产业的发展战略及新的技术途经。

Abstract:The chemical engineering technique of plasma has such characteristics as saving water and energy, safety and economy, free from pollution, high efficiency, and matches up green and clean chemical engineering technique principle. Appling this high technique to chemical engineering realm of leather making, will bring new techniques and methods to the traditional industry of leather making, and have vast applied foreground. The functions, characteristicsand mechanismof plasmatechnique and chemistrywere briefly analyzed. The application prospectsofplasma technology in the procedures of leather making such as collagen fiber modification, leather chemical synthesis, unhairing process, waste water and pollution treatment were intensivelydiscussedby combining with the basic principles of leather-making chemical engineering in this paper. Its goals are exploring the strategic and new technique path of our country development of this industry.
