摘    要:改善热连轧机出口带钢厚度精度一直是提高产品质量的主要目标。针对基于弹跳方程的AGC系统中存在的正反馈现象问题,分析了温度波动对轧机出口带钢厚度的"重发性"影响,提出了兼顾板形的硬度前馈自动厚度控制KFF-AGC策略,实现了F3~F4机架的硬度前馈控制和F5机架的硬度过补偿控制。在鞍山钢铁集团公司1700ASP的实际应用表明带钢厚度与板形控制精度得到很大提高,系统具有很好的推广前景。

Abstract:It is always a primary objective to raise the accuracy of exit strip thickness of hot rolling strip.To solve the positive feedback phenomenon problem existed in AGC systerm based on elastic deformation,the effect of temperature fluctuation on repetition of exit strip thickness is analysed.The hardness feed-forward automatic gauge control(KFF-AGC) strategy which is given due consideration of shape is presented.The hardness feedforward control of F3F4 stand and the hardness overcompensation control of F5 stand are actualized.The actual application in Anshan Iron & Steel Group Company 1700ASP shows that gauge and shape quality are improved greatly and the system has a promising prospect.
