| 摘 要： | 阐述了变压吸附氯乙烯精馏尾气装置运行中存在的问题——变化吸附装置在运行1年后出现产品气夹带白色粉末现象。经过试验摸索，采用增加水吸收塔，用-35℃盐水冷却的方案，使问题得到彻底解决，改造后运行效果稳定，并取得了一定的经济效益和环保效益。

| Abstract: | Problems existing in operation of pressure swing adsorption unit for vinyl chloride rectifying tail gas,i.e.product gas entraining white powder after it ran for one year,were introduced.Through conducting experiments,it was found that adding a water absorption tower and adopting-35 ℃ cooling brine could solve the problems completely.After improvements were made,the operation was steady and could achieve some economic effects and environmental effects. |
