小庙岭选矿公司精扫选流程改造

摘    要:小庙岭选矿公司原矿处理能力由设计的10 kt/d扩大到12 kt/d后,出现精扫选尾矿品位过高,返回后影响粗选分选,进而影响整个系统回收率的不良现象。2011年初,公司着手进行工艺改造,通过增设精扫选Ⅱ浮选柱,延长了精扫选次数,使精扫选的尾矿品位由1.26%下降到0.572%,实现了降低精扫选尾矿品位、降低粗选入选品位和金属循环量的目的。生产表明,此次工艺改造可提高系统整体回收率2.53%,为企业赢得经济效益1 434.51万元,效果显著。但是,工艺改造后,依然存在精选系统中铜富集的问题,需要进一步的研究解决。

Abstract:When the processing capacity of Xiaomiaoling Mineral Processing Company has expanded from 10 kt/d to 12 kt/d,a negative phenomenon that the fine sweep tailings grade was too high appeared.The pulp returned to the roughing system would affect the separation,therefore would affect the total recovery of the whole system.In early 2011,the company set out to transform the process,by adding the fine scavenging Ⅱflotation column,the fine scavenging process was extended,by which the fine scavenging tailings grade decreased from 1.26% to 0.572%,achieving the aim that reducing the fine scavenge tailings grade and the feeding grade of the rougher and the metal circulation rate.The production indexes show that the effect of the transformation is significant and it can increase the overall system recovery by 2.53%,which can gain an economic benefits of 14.3451 million yuan.However,after the transformation,the copper enrichment during the cleaning of Molybdinum still exists,so further research is needed.
