摘    要:分析了宝钢集团宁波钢铁有限公司1780inIn热连轧机带钢生产中出现的带钢头部拉窄的现象及原因,针对机架问秒流量存在误差和活套控制不稳定的问题,优化了L2模型参数和活套控制系统,并对工艺及操作进行了优化,有效减少了宽度头部拉窄现象,精轧头部拉窄较改进前减少了50%,从而提高了带钢头部宽度精度。

Abstract:The causes of head width changing to narrow of strip during rolling on 1 780 mm hot strip finishing mill are analyzed.The problem of strip head width narrowing is solved effectively through optimizing adjustment of Level-2 model parameters and Level-1 control parameters.The head width of strip accuracy is improved.
