| 摘 要： | 山西是中国最大的焦炭生产与出口基地,近年来山西省努力把握科技发展规律,不断优化科技创新环境、加大资金投入、创新体制机制,科技的自主创新基础不断夯实,科技内生力不断增强,支撑了山西省焦化产业的结构优化升级。但也存在政府和企业科技投入不足、科技创新资源短缺、产业技术链条短促、创新人才总量不足与结构不优等问题。针对存在问题,提出了强化科技对山西焦化产业支撑作用的建议与措施。
