| 摘 要： | 对现行编制的城市商业网点规划进行总结和反思,从规划理念、规划内容、规划管理三方面剖析了商业网点规划存在的不足。以实践、问题为导向,结合市场经济体制下商业发展的特点和要求,探索城市商业网点规划新的范型,明确城市商业网点规划控制性内容、引导性内容及规划实施程序控制要求,实现规划对商业网点建设的有效控制与引导。
