| 摘 要： | SOA作为一种企业级分布式软件架构思想,得到了越来越广泛的应用。本文针对国内数字规划建设中出现的重复建设和信息孤岛问题,阐述了SOA的概念和架构特征,分析了数字规划集成平台的内涵和基于SOA的数字规划集成平台建设的重点实施内容,并以常州市标准化规划管理信息系统的建设为例,论证了基于SOA的数字规划集成平台的特点和可行性。
