| 摘 要： | 在深入剖析我国城市总体规划阶段城市建设用地适宜性存在问题的基础上,以正在上报的国家标准为基础,结合南京实际,按照指标体系确定、数据整理与分析、适宜性评定计算、综合评定分析四步骤技术流程,划定南京市域适宜建设用地、可建设用地、不宜建设用地、不可建设用地,并介绍了其在城市总体规划空间布局、四区划定、强度管制、综合防灾和现状建设用地风险评定等五方面的实际应用。
