汽泵组润滑油进水原因分析及对策

摘    要:叙述了浙能兰溪电厂汽动给水泵组润滑油系统的设计特点及在正常运行和启停过程中遇到的润滑油中进水较多的问题.通过对该类汽泵组轴端密封工作原理及运行情况的分析研究表明,启停过程中高压主汽阀内漏及对给水泵轴端密封水投入、退出不及时,正常运行期间汽泵组轴承油室呼吸器的通流面积过小是造成润滑油中进水的主要原因.

Abstract:Design features of lubricating oil systems of turbine driven boiler feed pump(T-BFP) set in Lanxi power plant of Zhejiang energy group were described in this paper.In the course of normal operation and start-stop,there area too much water in the lubricating oil.The author pointed out the key reason is flow area of respirator in bearing oil chamber in the set is too small.By renovating equipments and adjusting operation,this problem is resolved at last,which has a guiding role in water ingress problem.
