北京市停车场影响范围研究

摘    要:为了解决北京市的停车位紧缺、停车拥堵问题,对停车场的影响范围进行了定量研究.首先,基于驾驶员停车行为的调查,通过非参数检验,分析驾驶员性别、出行目的、停车引导类型、停车收费因素与步行距离的关系,确定停车场影响范围的影响因素及实际影响范围;然后,运用停车场分布密度和泰森多边形,确定了停车场的最小影响范围;最后,综合考虑实际影响范围和最小影响范围,结合北京市棋盘形路网的特性,进行影响范围的修正,得出停车场的合理影响范围.

Abstract:In order to solve the shortage of parking space and the problem of parking congestion in Beijing, the influence factors of parking lot scope and the actual impact scope were determined in this paper based on drivers' parking behavior survey by non-parametric test, and by analyzing pilot gender, travel purpose, type of parking guidance, the relationship between parking fees and walking distance. Then the minimal area of the parking lot effect was determined by using the density of the parking lot and Thiessen polygons. Finally, the revision of the area was carried out by considering the actual impact area and the minimum impact area, combining the characteristics of the chessboard type road network in Beijing and the reasonable area of the parking lot was obtained.
