| 摘 要： | 小漩集控中心为湖北堵河流域上的潘口水电站和小漩水电站两座梯级水电站的集中监控和联合调度中心,其成功实现了两站人力资源的优化和水能资源的充分利用。本文介绍了小漩集控中心的通信系统、电源系统、计算机监控系统、水调自动化系统、调度自动化系统、工业电视系统、电能量系统、微机五防系统、二次安防系统等的建设,以及小漩集控中心集中监控和联合调度功能的实现情况。

| Abstract: | Xiaoxuan Centralized Control Center belongs to centralized control and joint dispatching center of two cascade hydropower stations—Pankou Hydropower Station and Xiaoxuan Hydropower Station in Hubei Duhe River basin.The optimization of human resources and sufficient utilization of water resources are successfully realized.In the paper,the construction of communication system,power-supply system,computer monitoring system,water dispatching automation system,dispatching automation system,industrial television system,electric energy system,microcomputer five-defense system,secondary security system,etc.as well as the realization condition of centralized monitoring and joint dispatching functions in Xiaoxuan Centralized Control Center are introduced. |
